The Christian life was never meant to be lived alone. Sunday School small groups provide the opportunity to fellowship with other like-minded Christians, maybe in the same stage of life, and dig deeper into the Word of God together, strengthening the church one group at a time.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Sunday School groups are for those who are looking for a deeper and richer connection with God, and for those wanting a deeper connection with the church and other like-minded Christians in similar stages of life.

  • How often do Groups meet?

    Adult groups meet regularly, weekly. But there is always a chance for extra fellowship times; you will have to stay up to date on current events in the church and stay in contact with your group and group teacher.


    Youth groups meet 3 times a week: Sunday morning, Sunday night, and Wednesday night.

  • Where do they meet?

    Most all groups are held in classrooms in the central hall of the campus. 

  • What happens at a Group?

    While each class may be a little different, one thing remains the same across all groups: you will study the Bible. At every group meeting, you can expect fellowship, prayer, and time spent growing together in God’s Word.

  • Who will be in my Group?

    At Unadilla First Baptist, we have a wide variety of groups to meet a variety of needs. (All of our classes are gender-neutral.)


    We have specific classes college-aged young adults, young married couples, senior adults, and several other unique adult groups.

College-aged, in school, working, or figuring things out? Our college-aged class is designed for recent high school graduates as they navigate finding their own way and walking with Christ in adulthood. This class also provides an opportunity to build unity and fellowship among the young men and women of our church.
